The Shack-in-a-Box 240WH Battery Box v2.0 includes a Bioenno Power 20AH LiFePO4 battery, Blue Sea Systems OLED display voltmeter, and a small LED lamp, which are securely housed in a Nanuk 905 protective case. Two Anderson PowerPole outlets are provided for your power needs and charging is accomplished through a 5.5mm x 2.1mm coaxial jack, which mates perfectly with the included Bioenno Power charger.
LiFePO4 batteries allow for the extraction of 80%-90% of their rated capacities, which is much higher than the 50% extraction rate for SLA batteries. Because of this, the Shack-in-a-Box 240WH LiFePO4 Battery Box v2.0 will run your 100W amateur radio transceiver on SSB for approximately 10 hours.
Bioenno LiFePO4 batteries have a service life of over 2000 charge cycles and a 5-10+ years with a shelf life. This means that your Shack-in-a-Box 240Wh LiFePO4 Battery Box v2.0 should give you years of service!
