If you provide your own radio and/or tuner, we deduct the current price of those components based on Ham Radio Outlet’s pricing for the radio and Vibroplex’s pricing for the tuner—rounded up to the nearest dollar—from the total cost of your go box. We require that you ship your equipment to us via a UPS Store to ensure safe packaging, proper insurance, and signature confirmation upon delivery. Please include all necessary accessories, including the power cord, microphone, tuner control cable, and mic clip (if applicable), so we can professionally install and thoroughly test your go box before shipping it back to you.
